Serving with Compassion, Creativity, and Consistency. $18-19 /hour Minimum Requirements: 2 years' experience in food service in a congregate care or institutional capacity required High School Diploma or GED required Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment required Position Summary: The Senior Cook prepares meals and snacks in accordance with menus planned by the Director and Assistant Director of Food Services and Consulting Dietitian. You will work collaboratively with Program Directors and program staff to ensure children in program are receiving the necessary nutrients. The Senior Cook is responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions in the kitchen, cooler, freezers, serving area and dining hall. This position also supervises, teaches, and is a role model for youth.
