About The Position
The Senior Cook at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort is responsible for preparing food using industry-standard techniques and equipment while adhering to established recipes and standards. This role involves leading the work crew in completing assigned tasks and directing food production in the absence of a chef. The Senior Cook must ensure the quality and presentation of food products, maintain ingredient supply levels, and provide the highest quality of service to guests and associates at all times.
