We are searching for an innovative Senior Conversion Analyst / Developer to join our team, who will be responsible for analyzing, mapping, cleansing, converting, and validating healthcare coverage and related data sets to ingest them into our system. Using an in-depth understanding of healthcare data and analysis strategies, this individual will be accountable for becoming very familiar with various UHC Clinical Services data sets to determine what needs to be done to ingest them into our policy management system and build the conversion jobs to do so. To succeed, this position will analyze, map, cleanse, convert, and validate crucial data utilizing solid data collection skills, which will allow for seamless incorporation into our solution. This individual will need to have a natural desire to dig into large data sources and apply statistical rigor to gain an in-depth understanding of the data so that it can be mapped and converted accurately. The ideal candidate will have a knack for detailed data analysis and the ability to build technical solutions to convert data into a production system. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
