Requirements

  • A university degree or advanced student, preferably in Economics or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or invoice processing within a multinational environment.
  • ERP proficiency, with strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics FO (DynFO).
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Adaptability to change, dealing with ambiguity
  • Problem‑solving and continuous improvement orientation

Responsibilities

  • Perform specific AP‑related key controls in line with SOX requirements and internal procedures.
  • Review invoice processing accuracy by analyzing accounting entries posted by AP teams. Identify processing errors and communicate findings
  • Execute payments according to the defined payment calendar and method, ensuring secure, compliant, and error‑free processing.
  • Support SOX testing and remediation activities in collaboration with P2P leadership and Control Owners.
  • Lead root‑cause analysis of processing errors or control deviations; present findings and corrective action proposals to P2P Leadership
  • Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits
  • Serve as SME for invoice‑to‑pay systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics FO), leading UAT cycles, evaluating system defects, and recommending enhancements
  • Collaborate with AP teams, Treasury, Data Integrity, and other S2P stakeholders.
  • Complies with all corporate Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and confidentiality standards, especially when handling sensitive data, audit materials, payment files, or commercially sensitive vendor information
  • In parallel with executing core operational activities, the role is also accountable for continuously improving P2P processes, identifying inefficiencies, proposing enhancements, standardizing ways of working, and ensuring full compliance with PMI global standards.
