About The Position
Reporting directly to the Contracts and Subcontracts for SAM, you will be tasked with leading the contracts and subcontracts assigned under the Metrea Special Aerospace (MSA) group. You will be responsible for negotiations, drafting proposals and contracts, and administration of significant contracts and contract modifications for both US Domestic DoD as well as major Subcontracts. You must be fully knowledgeable of all legal, business, financial, and long-term implications of prime and subcontract negotiation and administration. Developing positive relationships with current and future internal and external customers is imperative in this role. You also must have a comprehensive knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other agency procurement regulations, as well as requirements related to commercial transactions.
