Senior Contracts Pricing Manager Company: Boeing Distribution, Inc. Boeing Global Services, Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for a Contracts Pricing Manager (Level L) to join our team in Hialeah, FL. This Contracts Pricing Manager will work closely with Contracts, Sales, Procurement and Senior Leadership to develop and execute pricing strategies that will be utilized in pricing customer long-term agreements. This position requires in depth understanding of distributions services, specifically C&E. Position Responsibilities: Work with C&E CFO to develop pricing strategies for customer contract offers that exceed 1000 requests annually in excess of $2B in resale. Co-lead the C&E contracts committee and work closely with the business to improve contract execution, analyze inventory risk, assess contractual obligations and margin recommendations. Align and train staff resources to execute pricing strategies globally. Deliver on time, complete and competitive offers that drive revenue in excess of $600M annually. Align with Procurement and Product Line teams to develop and implement product and commodity strategies resulting in highest margin potential. Develop and maintain database of contract quote activity to evaluate win/loss rates at the part level. Analyze these results to drive future pricing strategies. Ensures appropriate internal approvals are in place to deliver the desired margin expectations agreed upon by leadership and sales teams. Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience demonstrating strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field 3+ years of experience do you have with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
