Requirements

• Demonstrate 8+ years of experience managing or negotiating commercial contracts in a corporate or technology environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Apply practical knowledge of contract tools and systems to improve workflows and data accuracy.
• Embracing of AI in daily processes and efficiency drives.
• Communicate clearly in writing and speech with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Apply analytical skills for identifying risks.
• Demonstrate ability to manage competing priorities in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Collaborate effectively across distributed and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating complex commercial agreements while managing template libraries and contracting technologies.
• Deploying strategic contracting solutions and processes that accelerate deal cycles and strengthen customer relationships.
