The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This role is pivotal in supporting our corporate operations by managing highly complex contracts and creating subcontracts and Independent Consultant agreements with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of business agreements and government contracting methods, including relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. This expertise will enable the Senior Contracts Administrator to provide appropriate recommendations, identify and mitigate areas of risk to the company, and oversee day-to-day contracting activities. In this position, the Senior Contracts Administrator will administer highly complex contracts through the appropriate procurement process, including IDIQ contracts and high-volume Task Order level responses. The role involves providing cradle-to-grave contract and subcontract administration support for various types of government contracts, including Cost Plus (CP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Fixed Price (FP), Time & Material (T&M), Labor Hour (LH), and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts in the services and research/development arena. The administrator will review modifications, extensions, and contract closeout documents, demonstrating a strong understanding of the U.S. Government acquisition and procurement environment, ensuring adherence to company policies, and complying with commercial contracting methods and export regulations. As the primary point of contact between the company and customers for contractual matters, the Senior Contracts Administrator must be able to work independently while managing multiple projects with competing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines. This role requires interfacing with Senior Leadership as needed and performing all aspects of contract management, including accuracy of order entry data, contract funding, scope changes, amendments, and delivery schedules. The administrator will prepare various agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete and accessible in the company repository, and assist in developing and complying with internal contract administration policies and process improvement projects. The position also involves supporting ad hoc activities such as contract audits and bid protests, while exercising discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties.
