CTI is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage all aspects of contract administration throughout the procurement lifecycle, including pre-award, award, and post-award phases. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned programs, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFAR, agency supplements, and company policies. Responsibilities include negotiating and maintaining contracts, monitoring funding and performance, supporting pricing proposals, and preparing audit-ready documentation. The position requires strong collaboration with Program Managers, Finance, Procurement, leadership, and external customers, as well as the ability to identify and resolve contractual risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • The ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance post-start date. (Secret Clearance preferred)
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • At least five (5) years of job-related experience or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience administering multiple contract types, including CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, and OTAs.
  • Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and DoD contracting practices.
  • Familiarization with federal business financial information, such as rates, cost implications, budgeting and planning.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Independently perform contract administration, procurement, and pricing functions during the pre-award, award, and post-award phases of the procurement process.
  • Perform contract negotiation, contract file maintenance, close-out and interaction with multiple program managers and external customers.
  • Serve as the primary contracts point of contact for assigned programs, interfacing with Program Managers, Finance, Procurement, leadership, and external customers.
  • Monitor, analyze, and forecast contract and subcontract funding, burn rates, and period of performance; proactively identify funding and schedule risks.
  • Support pricing proposals and required documentation for prime contract and subcontract bids.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFAR, agency supplements, and company policies; advise program teams on contractual obligations, risks, and allowable actions.
  • Develop, review and negotiate Non-disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Joint Ventures, and other contractual documents.
  • Collaborate with appropriate Procurement personnel on procurement of items and services as required.
  • Identify and resolve contractual issues and risks, recommending practical solutions to leadership and program teams.
  • Prepare and maintain required reports and documentation, including funding execution, projections, contract deliverables, and audit-ready files.
  • Support internal and external audits (e.g., CPSR, customer reviews) and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with leadership regarding contractual status, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
