Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. This will be paid on-the-job training with a mentor and the hours during training will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 3+ years of experience in health care insurance with proficiency in business operations
  • 2+ years of experience negotiating contract documents
  • Ability to produce a high volume of documents under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate non-disclosure agreements (NDA) with customers and their vendors, consultants etc.
  • Explain the company's position and rationale on contract terms (legal, business and financial) and develop appropriate compromises in NDA language while maintaining compliance with legal and business requirements, relevant data management policies and laws/regulations.
  • Manage multiple contract priorities for a complex customer caseload.
  • Produce required NDA documents meeting expectations of timeliness and quality.
  • Communicate risk and explain NDA language, terminology and United data sharing policies appropriately to sales and other business partners.
  • Apply systems and technology to administer the NDA process.
  • Lead and/or participate in special projects/assignments as required.
