Requirements

  • Proven experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities.
  • A visionary mindset with a passion for innovation and service improvement.
  • Ability to influence and inspire change across diverse teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in business or public administration, statistics, or a directly related field
  • Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible continuous improvement and/or organizational development experience
  • Licenses/Certifications/Special Requirements: Valid Arizona Driver's License upon hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a Municipal, State, or Federal government setting
  • Experience in Lean and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. PDCA, A3 thinking, value stream mapping, Kaizen Events), management processes, and techniques
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience
  • Additional years of progressively responsible experience
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
