Requirements
- Proven experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities.
- A visionary mindset with a passion for innovation and service improvement.
- Ability to influence and inspire change across diverse teams.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in business or public administration, statistics, or a directly related field
- Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible continuous improvement and/or organizational development experience
- Licenses/Certifications/Special Requirements: Valid Arizona Driver's License upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a Municipal, State, or Federal government setting
- Experience in Lean and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. PDCA, A3 thinking, value stream mapping, Kaizen Events), management processes, and techniques
- Previous lead or supervisory experience
- Additional years of progressively responsible experience
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
