About The Position
The Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer-Manufacturing will work within the site manufacturing organization to lead development, implementation, and improve site operations and production processes with the goal of reducing operating costs within the Waterford Site. The role will be a senior member of the engineering organization and will act as an advisor to the overall site on cost reduction and process optimization. The main objective for the role is to lead the Variable Cost Productivity (VCP) Program by coordinating, identifying, designing, and verify process improvement projects and efforts from early development/concept engineering through implementation and productivity cost benefits delivery. This individual will act both independently and collaborate within Waterford Site and Momentive Global Organizations to design and implement these cost productivity projects.
