About The Position

The Senior Content Strategist for our Commercial Product Marketing organization will develop and evolve product marketing campaigns that come to life digitally, in print, and more. You can turn complex messaging (product, data, clinical information) into compelling narratives and copy that are nuanced for channel performance while continuing to invest in and contribute to our brand perception. We’re looking for someone who can toggle between writer, creative problem solver, and brand storyteller in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has extensive in-house experience as a copywriter and/or content strategist, helping to shape, craft, and bring B2B campaigns and initiatives to life across multi-touch campaigns. They are a skilled communicator, collaborator, and storyteller. They excel at digging into research and insights to formulate a well-crafted, thought-out content strategy that resonates with employers, partners, consultants, providers, and other commercial audiences.

Requirements

  • Work with marketers and visual designers to craft high-performing content that’s innovative and on-brand. From display ads to email, websites and everything in between, you’ll create best-in-class, cohesive content across all channels.
  • Write commercial marketing copy that leads to conversion. Craft copy that effectively launches campaigns or boosts ongoing performance.

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years of writing experience, preferably in a startup and in-house
  • Solid understanding and experience writing for Product Marketing and B2B audiences
  • A portfolio with examples specifically showing how your work increased marketing performance (results/outcomes) using copy
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
  • Experience navigating high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Listens actively and can confidently articulate reasoning to achieve stakeholder buy-in
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage your own workload to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time
  • Healthcare and/or tech experience
