About The Position

We're looking for a strategic storyteller who can craft compelling narratives and bring them to life across every customer touchpoint. You'll be equal parts strategist and creator—developing our overarching content vision while rolling up your sleeves to write, design presentations, and produce content that resonates. This role is the connective tissue between our products, our customers, and the market, ensuring we tell one cohesive story that differentiates our brand and drives business results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in marketing with a focus on content strategy, brand narrative, or storytelling
  • Exceptional writing ability across formats—you can write for executives, technical buyers, and end users
  • Player-coach mentality: strategic thinker who loves getting hands-on with content creation
  • Comfortable being the voice of the customer—willing to do research, listen to calls, and talk to customers
  • Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate content development
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—you know how to influence without authority

Nice To Haves

  • Background in the live events or arts preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own our overarching brand narrative and content strategy across all channels
  • Stay deeply connected to our customers and industry by listening to sales calls, joining customer conversations, and attending industry events to source stories and insights
  • Research and understand market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging themes to ensure our narrative evolves with the market
  • Create the "through line" that connects our product portfolio into one cohesive story
  • Partner with Product Marketing to weave product messaging into our website and key digital assets
  • Drive consistency in messaging across Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales, and Events
  • Partner closely with Demand Gen, ABM, Sales, Events, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure content serves their specific needs while maintaining narrative consistency
  • Create high-impact content across formats: thought leadership articles, industry presentations, case studies, website copy, campaign messaging, and sales enablement materials
  • Surface stories and themes from customer conversations and the field, then support other teams to amplify them across marketing channels
  • Leverage AI tools to augment ideation, refine concepts, and scale content production
  • Lead Content Specialist and Designer to execute on production and distribution while staying hands-on with high-priority content
