About The Position

Huge is looking for a Senior Content Strategist to join the Strategy team. In this role, you will help shape the future of intelligent experiences, working at the intersection of traditional content strategy and emerging AI technologies. This involves designing content systems that power generative and agentic experiences while maintaining the rigor of information architecture, governance, and user-centered design. The role requires leading complex content strategy initiatives independently, facilitating client workshops, and serving as a trusted advisor on foundational content strategy and cutting-edge AI implementations. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, owning strategy definition from discovery and solutions to implementation and post-launch optimization. It is important to note that this role is not a copywriting, UX writing, content marketing, content editor, or manager position; it focuses on architecting content systems, both traditional and AI-powered. Internally, Senior Content Strategists collaborate with Interaction Designers, Product Strategists, Developers, and Visual Designers to create innovative content solutions within Huge's highly collaborative environment, while also working autonomously. Externally, they are expected to grow client relationships, presenting conclusions clearly and concisely, and inspiring clients to think about content in fresh ways. Requirements

• 5+ years working experience in developing interactive content
• A very strong background, with working experience leading content strategy throughout the entire web development process
• Comfort facilitating client workshops. You need to not just bring clarity but also an infectious sense of enthusiasm for the work we’re producing
• Hands on experience with conversational AI platforms
• Experience with AI content strategy
• An ability to weigh in on design decisions with an understanding of strategic goals. Senior Content Strategists make sure the work looks amazing and has content to match
• Excellent problem solving skills and a love for content challenges
• Self-motivation and the ability of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze content across multiple channels to identify patterns and issues
• Lead workshops and interviews on content requirements and needs with mid and senior level clients
• Define the vision, goals, and opportunity spaces for content at a client organization
• Define a roadmap for how an organization can improve its content effectiveness and governance, including assessing organizational readiness
• Lead content efforts through information architecture design, content modeling, and taxonomy definition
• Identify and lead migration strategies for content across products and partner with engineers and technologists to plan and implement content migrations
• Consult internal teams and clients on content governance, including workflow definition, communications and socialization, decision frameworks, and platform training and coaching
• Design conversation strategies for generative experiences
• Structure content for AI discoverability including GEO, schema markup, and semantic content architecture
• Apply understanding of LLM behavior including prompting techniques, context window management, hallucination risks, and model limitations
• Act as a subject matter expert for our internal team and a trusted advisor for day-to-day and senior clients
• Oversee and coordinate content activities within a project team, working across various Huge disciplines and the overall project lifecycle
