About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years as a Content Manager in the Lifestyle/Fashion sector.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and a solid understanding of digital fundamentals.
• Strong optimization skills with a focus on online customer needs.
• Proficient in common Content Management Systems.
• Excellent analytical skills, self-initiative, independence, and team spirit.
• Innovative thinking and a structured work approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the targeted distribution of content across multiple devices and platforms.
• Manage the entire customer journey, delivering content at critical touchpoints.
• Conduct regular analyses to identify improvements and implement necessary changes.
• Set up A/B tests to optimize content display based on user demographics.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders including Success Managers and Online Marketing teams.
• Work within Content Management Systems while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
