About The Position
TurboTax is seeking a Senior Content Designer to lead the content strategy and execution for our AI-first tax preparation initiatives within the Reimagined Tax Experience team. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience by crafting compelling and effective content that resonates with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX writing, particularly for complex software products, and will be responsible for ensuring that the content aligns with our design strategy and enhances the overall user experience. As a Senior Content Designer, you will own the end-to-end content process, from ideation to execution. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop content that is not only informative but also engaging and user-friendly. You will be tasked with writing precise content for various screens, carefully selecting the appropriate tone, structure, and voice to match the context and user needs. Your work will involve balancing textual content with visual elements, ensuring that the information is presented clearly and effectively, while also emphasizing the benefits to the customer. In addition to content creation, you will leverage data insights and research to inform your writing and design decisions. You will demonstrate your ability to solve complex problems through your content, driving conversion and revenue while enhancing the user experience. This role requires a proactive approach, as you will manage your own projects and work within tight deadlines, all while being open to feedback and iterative improvements.
