As a Sr Content Designer, you will craft compelling in-product messaging for mobile apps, set-top box apps, responsive websites, and interactive program guides. In this role, you'll create cross-platform messaging that enhances user experiences across various applications. Collaborate with multiple teams to design innovative solutions and support new and existing features, ensuring seamless and engaging interactions for our users.

  • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the agent and customer experience.
  • Enhance the user experience of a product by crafting content to fit product needs such as product copy, instructional text, UI labels, error messaging, etc.
  • Responsible for consistent cross-product messaging across all digital channels (i.e. agent-facing tools, web, mobile, TV, wearables, print, voice).
  • Responsible for creating copy that works as part of a UX/UI design solution that is engaging and effective to help achieve business goals.
  • Function as the liaison with product managers, designers and developers to understand and write content that meets business and technical requirements.
  • Creates and adheres to voice, tone, style and brand content guidelines.
  • Accepts editorial feedback from stakeholders and peers and incorporates feedback received into the work product.
  • Advocate for the customer experience within the organization.
  • Ownership of content/voice/tone of one or more products.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years writing experience with at least 50% focus on UX writing.
  • Experience with common productivity and design tools (MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
  • Experience or understanding of basic UX/product design principles.
  • Experience leading creative projects.
  • Experience designing content for internal tools or agent-facing applications.
  • Familiarity with content systems, design tools (like Figma), and agile methodologies.
