About The Position
C.H. Robinson seeks a Senior Container Platform Engineer to provide operational support for C.H. Robinson’s Kubernetes environment, both on-premises and in our Azure cloud. The position reports to the headquarters at 14900 Charlson Road, Eden Prairie, Minnesota 55347. Telecommuting is permitted 100% of the time from anywhere in the U.S. In this role you will: effectively design, build, configure, and expose cloud native applications for Kubernetes; define application resources and use core primitives to build, monitor, and troubleshoot scalable applications and tools in Kubernetes; support the related technologies in the platform’s domain such as routing, monitoring, alerting, performance, and capacity planning; and work closely with and in conjunction with a U.S. based team, as well as other global team members, to deliver follow-the-sun support for the Kubernetes ecosystem. C.H. Robinson is a 24/7 Support Team supporting a global environment and as such, you may be asked to cover alternative shifts and be part of a weekly on-call rotation.
