About The Position
As a Senior Consumer Product Designer on the Experience team, you will be directly responsible for shaping the full experience hundreds of thousands of our users see across web, mobile, email and push notifications. We will look to you to understand our users, design experiences that help them save money on their energy bills, and market product changes to those users. You will grow the company’s consumer product from strategic insights you gather, working alongside a small team of driven software developers, product managers, and marketing gurus who are hungry to make an impact on our users and the planet. You will obsess over the details of our experience, identifying pain points and addressing our users’ heartfelt desires through creative design. You will set the bar for design quality that will drive organic growth, quality engagement, and strong user retention for many years to come.
