Requirements

• ISA Certification preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in field environments
• Familiarity with utility vegetation management practices and safety protocols
• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in utility forestry or related field

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Perform safety audits and support safety initiatives
• Lead field training sessions and walk-alongs with team members
• Assist in auditing GeoDigital data for accuracy and completeness
• Distribute personal protective equipment (PPE) and other necessary gearå
• Participate in corrective action plans as a witness or support role
• Provide assistance with truck maintenance as needed
• Support onboarding processes for new team members
