Summary: In this role, you will provide senior leadership oversight for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and performance outcomes across Laundry, Linen, and supporting Environmental Services consulting work. You will lead large-scale initiatives, manage a complex portfolio of client and supplier relationships, and ensure high-value insights, analytics, and solutions are consistently delivered. You will apply deep operational expertise and disciplined industry practices to guide clients toward data-driven improvements while supporting a business area experiencing sustained growth and increasing demand, scaling capabilities and elevating the value delivered to clients.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Progressive leadership experience in Laundry, Linen, and/or Environmental Services operations required.
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing teams of subject matter experts required.
  • Strong background in healthcare consulting or complex operational program leadership.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting non-acute and ambulatory surgery center environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of hospitality services and customer-experience operating models preferred.
  • Experience with GPO supplier contract management, including vendor performance and contract improvement initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for Laundry and Linen services across client organizations.
  • Develop and execute high-impact strategies that improve operational performance, efficiency, and cost outcomes.
  • Lead advanced analytics, operational assessments, and data-driven recommendations to drive measurable results.
  • Maintain proven industry-standard operating practices while advancing modern efficiencies and performance improvements.
  • Oversee multiple large-scale projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and value targets are consistently achieved.
  • Apply disciplined project management methodologies across all workstreams.
  • Drive development and enhancement of tools, methodologies, and service offerings within the Laundry and Linen practice.
  • Manage and develop a team of subject matter experts through coaching, performance management, and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of analytical rigor, accountability, and high performance.
  • Encourage creation and sharing of intellectual capital, best practices, and thought leadership resources.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to mid- and senior-level client leadership.
  • Lead executive-level presentations, operational reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and deepen client relationships.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on pricing, contracting, fulfillment, and performance management.
  • Support strategic contract evaluation and improvement initiatives grounded in operational insight and cost discipline.
