Support clients across financial reporting, sustainability reporting, and/or audit, risk and controls by understanding their requirements and translating them into effective Workiva solutions. Assist in the design and configuration of Workiva solutions to streamline reporting processes, including data connectivity (Wdata, queries, automations). Participate in system development lifecycle activities, including requirements documentation, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment. Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, proactively communicating progress and challenges. Manage individual workstreams or tasks within larger projects, balancing technical implementation with effective team coordination.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in either: A reporting or controls focused role (financial, regulatory, sustainability or audit/risk and controls), or a professional services role delivering Workiva solutions to clients.
Familiarity with at least one domain such as SEC/SEDAR, statutory reporting, sustainability frameworks, SOX/ICFR, or audit/risk management.
Demonstrated experience in system implementations or process improvements, with the ability to bridge reporting requirements and technical solutions
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across finance, compliance, and technology teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Workiva or similar cloud reporting platforms.
CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional designations (or progress toward one), including Workiva certifications.
Project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications
Exposure to data modeling, automation, or integration tools.
