  • Administer and support multiple Oracle databases for performance critical, highly available systems on UNIX/Linux platform.
  • Provide L3 Support.
  • Perform Database Installation, Configuration, Upgradation, Migration, Monitoring, and Administration of production databases supporting mission-critical activities.
  • Rapidly troubleshoot complex technical problems under pressure and implement scalable solutions.
  • Gather requirements, assess and recommend solutions to ensure High Availability and stability.
  • Design and Maintain database security to meet regulatory standards.
  • Manage RAC Databases, patching of Databases, and Standby databases (Oracle Data Guard).
  • Participate in on-call rotation and work in a 24x7 environment.
  • Automate routine DBA processes and utilize scripting.
  • Minimum of 10 - 14 years Database Administration experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Database concepts and strong performance tuning skills.
  • OEM Expertise to Monitor and Manage databases.
  • Strong SQL Query tuning skills and RMAN backup Recovery.
  • Experience in Oracle Security products like Data Vault, Key Vault, and database firewall.
  • Willingness to work in a rotational shift.
  • Exadata experience is desirable.
