About The Position
ECS is seeking a Senior Consultant to work remotely. ECS is seeking a full-time Management Consultant to provide client delivery services to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Claims and Appeals Modernization Office. This professional will provide comprehensive support for VHA benefits modernization initiatives, including claims and appeals business process support, mail portal services, and operational support. The Consultant will support client delivery and be responsible for:
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines and accuracy standards
- Proficiency in coordinating multiple concurrent tasks and activities
- Experience developing standard operating procedures
- Basic experience with Power BI and SharePoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- VA or Federal Government experience
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing mail portal service support
- Process mail packets accurately and efficiently, meeting established performance standards
- Coordinate with diverse VHA stakeholders and program offices
- Analyze, document, and enhance business processes
- Support development of regular Power BI reports
- Provide SharePoint content management support
- Support strategic planning and operational activities
