Responsibilities

  • Provide overarching strategic guidance to drive the success and growth of the expanded parts catalog.
  • Offer subject matter expertise in parts expansion, including: pricing strategies and incentive programs, packaging solutions, distribution channels, and parts offerings for multi-make and late lifecycle vehicles
  • Enhance Motorcraft marketing messaging and materials to maximize impact and engagement.
  • Deliver targeted sales consultation to the aftermarket sales team and participate in in-market visits to Authorized Distributors alongside Ford team members as needed.
  • Develop recommendations and support for cataloging initiatives, including integration with eCommerce platforms.
  • Create inventory strategies aligned with sales channel performance and demand trends.
  • Facilitate aftermarket networking opportunities to connect Ford teams with key individuals who can support parts growth.
  • Assist in business case development to substantiate expansion initiatives and strategic decisions.
