Join SPS Commerce and be part of a dynamic team that's transforming the global retail supply chain! Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will manage support instances requiring partner involvement, serving as the escalation point between the client and the SPS partner. If you are seeking a role where your top priority will be to exceed customer expectations by understanding the clients’ business model, partner resources and limitations, and the value added by product components, then this role could be a great fit for you. Experience supporting ERP integrations such as Sage X3 and Acumatica is a plus.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a master’s degree, including 3+ years in account management, relationship management, or product management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, especially over the phone, with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet browsers.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with third parties, consultants, VARs, and application providers is desired.
  • Exposure to ERP platforms such as Sage X3 and Acumatica.

Responsibilities

  • Perform post-sale technical implementation, including installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration, while managing project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Partner with clients and third-party providers to resolve technical issues and integration challenges—including occasional collaboration on Sage X3 and Acumatica-related workflows.
  • Conduct complex tasks independently with minimal supervision, using wide latitude for judgment, and consult with clients to understand their business objectives and operational needs.
  • Keep customers and stakeholders informed of project progress, ensuring effective communication and resolution of scheduling issues.
  • Maintain a high level of industry-specific business knowledge by staying current with emerging products, ERP systems, and technical updates.
