About The Position

ADAPTOVATE was established in Australia by three ex-BCG Consultants. Globally, we have successfully delivered Agile at Scale transformations for Fortune 100 organizations, individual business units, and start-ups. Our mission is to help organizations transform at scale, meet changing market conditions, and deliver to increasingly sophisticated customer demands. As an Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategic initiatives for our clients. This role is all about partnership - working alongside client teams to cultivate cultures, design systems, and develop processes and tools that embody agile principals.

Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any academic discipline
5+ years experience in consulting or a related field
Experience with leveraging AI tools and methodologies to enhance analysis, streamline delivery, and generate innovative client solutions
Experience in tracking metrics, handling complex analysis, and preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadership
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time for client engagements
A consulting mindset characterized by structured thinking and a relentless drive for impact
Highly skilled problem-solving abilities (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong interest and passion for coaching
Exceptionally people-oriented and high emotional intelligence
Outstanding communication skills, capable of leading teams, training sessions, and offering coaching
Flexibility and willingness to work in diverse environments and with various teams
A strong drive for meaningful change and adaptability
Demonstrate the ability to leverage AI tools and methodologies to strengthen analytical rigor, drive operational efficiency, and deliver innovative solutions that create measurable client value

Responsibilities

Consulting Toolkit Development - Sharpen your consulting skills by creating engaging presentations, conducting strategic analyses, and applying structured thinking to manage work modules effectively
Client Interaction - Build and maintain strong client relationships through a deep understanding of their needs, delivering impactful solutions and presenting insights and recommendations
Team Collaboration - Play a proactive role in team success by organizing work, facilitating effective meetings, embracing new challenges, and fostering a supporting and knowledge-sharing environment
AI-Enabled Insights & Delivery - Utilize advanced AI tools and methodologies to enhance problem-solving, generate data-driven insights, and enable clients to realize value through the strategic and practical integration of AI solutions
