This is a two-year employment contract. UCSF Enterprise Strategy & Transformation (EST) seeks an exceptional professional to join our highly skilled and engaged team providing internal consulting services to our dynamic, mission-driven institution. The Change Manager provides expert change management and project management services for internal projects, especially large technology system implementations. Senior Consultant Independently uses and applies wide ranging experience and proficiency in management consulting to deliver programs and projects in such areas as business process analysis, organizational change and strategic planning; projects involve multiple organizations and stakeholders Uses advanced management consulting concepts to resolve complex initiatives and programs that drive management effectiveness Regularly works on or lead highly complex, strategic engagements where analysis of circumstances and information requires an in depth evaluation of factors Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for developing solutions and obtaining results. Program Managers have strong program and project management reputations throughout the organization. In addition, SDLC project management knowledge and ability to balance technical with business acumen and emotional intelligence is essential. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $138,100 - $207,200 (Annual Rate).
