Requirements

Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.
3+ years of consulting experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, managing expectations and delivering presentations.
Strong background in Life Sciences with a focus on the Regulatory domain.
Understanding of technologies used in Regulatory, especially Veeva Vault applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to travel as required by the business.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in implementing best practices within implementation / post-implementation programs aimed at ensuring their overall success.
Stay informed about best practices in the Regulatory field and offer actionable recommendations.
Design solutions and configure changes to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including customer business and IT staff, to understand their requirements.
Establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
Assist in the development and dissemination of thought leadership materials.
