  • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, design and configure products, automate optimized workflow
  • Manage time to deliver critical components and maximize client satisfaction
  • Prepare system and data transition plans, and complete migration involving historical data take-on.
  • Execute implementation tasks, collaborate and communicate project status with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead hands-on training sessions, troubleshoot issues, technical support during go-live events.
  • Develop custom reports, conversion tools, and system integration mappings
  • Deliver high-quality consulting services as part of implementation projects, build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to drive client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Need to work independently and in a team, with flexibility to travel and adapt to changing work hours.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (finance, accounting) is required.
  • 9+ years of client experience in the financial services industry is required.
  • Solid working knowledge of asset management and client back office workflow and operations are required.
  • Familiarity with the general ledger is required.
  • Working knowledge of Advent’s Geneva or expertise with similar applications is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and reasoning skills.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently manage time to maximize productivity.
  • Ability to learn quickly and independently by gathering information from a variety of sources to acquire the knowledge needed to complete assigned tasks.
  • Strong communication skills. The ability to present information to both technical and nontechnical individuals.
  • Ability to be self-directed and work independently.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time.
