About The Position

Overview: The Bonadio Group has a tremendous opportunity for a business and advisory consultant to manage client assignments, working directly with Partners to provide engagement solutions in a variety of settings, including: operational efficiency studies; internal control evaluations, policy and procedure reviews; financial reporting and analysis; cost reduction studies, and special projects. This role is ideal for professionals with an Audit or Assurance background who want to transition into broader consulting work. Responsibilities Work directly with Bonadio Partners to assist clients with a variety of financial and operational studies and projects Communicate directly with clients to perform information gathering interviews, request data and documentation and present final reports, analyses and recommendations Conduct consulting fieldwork - interviews, walkthroughs, process-mapping exercises, data analysis, compliance testing, etc. Perform testing and analytical procedures with large datasets Write comprehensive reports detailing project procedures, observations, findings and recommendations, based on work completed, industry research, experience and knowledge Manage multiple ongoing consulting engagements simultaneously Supervise consulting staff working on engagements Qualifications Required: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, business advisory, business analytics, project management or another related field of study as experience will be considered in lieu of specific degree concentrations A minimum of five years of audit accountant experience Related experience in either public accounting, business consulting, audit, business analytics, or related field as experience will be considered in lieu of specific degree concentrations Strong problem solving and analytical skills Advanced MS Excel skills Ability to work with a team of multi-disciplined professionals Ability to travel if needed, travel is estimated to be about 15% The salary range for this opportunity is between $70,000 - $85,000 per year and is commensurate with experience. HOURS/LOCATION: This is a full-time remote opportunity. Requirements
