Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant. As a Senior Consultant, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems.
Conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution.
Design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.
Collaborate with team members to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions.
Create and execute testing for System Testing, System Integration Testing, End to End Testing, Regression Testing.
Track and report to various stakeholders, the delivery across the project taking end to end responsibility.
Participate in daily defect review meetings to track progress as agreed by SLA with the development team and manage defect closures.
Validate entry / exit criteria per test phase.
Report testing issues/risks/dependencies.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
4 years of Information Technology experience.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Jose, CA or willing to relocate.
Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution.
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
Good experience in Test lead activities and in Agile methodology.
Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

4+ years of experience in Oracle ERP modules - Order Management, Service supply chain, Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain Manufacturing, Financials - Account Receivables & Account Payables, Tax and Customs.
Understanding of service supply chain and intercompany concepts for products, services, spares, and cost-plus processes.
Demonstrates the working knowledge of business processes of Oracle ERP modules.
Excellent Client Interfacing skills, great communication skills and team management.
Strong test organizational and planning skills with experience of full Software Testing Lifecycle in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in Requirement documents review to understand end to end testing scope.
Coordinate with Biz., teams and Development Teams to ensure end-to-end testing scope is understood.
Working knowledge of test management and defect management tools like Jira.
Knowledge of Test Automation tools like Selenium and OATS.
Experience with MS Teams, MS Office, SharePoint, Confluence for communication, test document management and versioning.
