  • Strategic growth and transformation for Commercial insurance

  • AI tool implementation in Commercial Underwriting
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of consulting, corporate strategy or operational experience with an emphasis on Property & Casualty and/or Specialty Insurance
  • Solid P&C insurance product and market knowledge and experience with key business processes
  • Completion of a professional insurance qualification or previous experience working on portfolio solutions, wholesale insurance, E&S, Commercial Underwriting or insurance regulation a plus
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems and challenges
  • A track record of delivering tangible value to clients as well as generating revenue for consulting services
  • Business finance skills, e.g., standard financial modelling, business case development
  • Program / project management experience, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Exhibits accountability and sense of urgency to help our clients to achieve their goals
  • Ability to teach and mentor colleagues and help develop junior staff
  • Embrace and apply data-driven methodologies to problem solving
  • Outstanding communications skills: Writing, producing, and presenting deliverables
  • Demonstrable proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, CoPilot, and PowerPoint. Salesforce, PowerBI and Underwriting (AI) solutions are a plus
