  • Understand requirement, designing, building Functional Specifications, and testing / deployment.
  • Configure scenarios in relevant SAP modules.
  • Write Functional Specification / Configuration documents.
  • Support and lead project tasks.
  • Perform analysis and effective diagnosis of clients' issues.
  • Select the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements.
  • Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new client projects.
  • Contribute to continuous development of methods and tools.
  • Lead a particular work stream, reviewing, and directing the work of more junior staff.
  • Coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope.
  • Develop solutions to client problems through application of personal experience and methods and tools.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams.
  • 8+ years of SAP HANA/S4 and Basis Administration experience.
  • Full life cycle project implementation and configuration experience.
  • Experience in SAP Migrations to HANA or S4HANA using latest tools like DMO and SUM.
  • Experience Configuring and maintaining SAP Solution Manager & CHARM.
  • Experience with Unix scripting, database creations, migrations, system sizing, systems configurations, storage management, database backups, recovery and DR for SAP systems is a plus.
  • Experience performing administration of SAP software application products, including SAP Business & Enterprise solutions, ECC, BW, CRM, Portal, Solution Manager and other SAP software solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to live and work in the Chicago, IL area 5 days a week in office.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
  • Experience with other programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) or technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
