About The Position

Capco's Wealth & Asset Management Practice engages in a variety of initiatives providing solutions from strategy through execution. As a Senior Consultant, you'll help shape the future of the financial services industry - advising senior executives on strategy, driving complex programs, and designing next-generation platforms that elevate both client and advisor experiences. As a Senior Consultant on the Wealth & Asset Management Team at Capco you will work in a fast-paced team setting, alongside industry experts, allowing you to become an expert in financial products, processes and technology. Our people are client-facing leaders who combine industry expertise with core consulting skills, such as problem identification, root cause analysis, solution design, and implementation. You will leverage your learnings and consulting expertise to better understand how to help advance our clients' progress towards meeting their evolving goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting or within the wealth or asset management industry in roles such as project/program manager, product manager, business analyst, internal consultant, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of wealth or asset management, demonstrating knowledge across products, platforms, technology or operations
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, demonstrating strong ownership, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial services, ideally including wealth or asset management products, platforms, technology, and operations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage, influence, and build relationships across senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data or business issues into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, able to structure work effectively in dynamic or ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of strategic client engagements-leading workstreams and collaborating directly with senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.
  • Deliver impactful programs across strategy, operations, technology, and organization design, ensuring alignment across people, process, policy, and systems.
  • Develop data-driven insights, analyses, and recommendations to enhance client performance and provide strategic guidance across financial products.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting proposal development and sales pursuits.
  • Contribute to the growth of Capco's Wealth & Asset Management practice by developing new solutions, frameworks, and reusable assets that can be applied across engagements.
  • Support the development of internal business strategy such as for market entry into emerging areas within Wealth Management, such as digital innovation, artificial intelligence, and digital currencies.
  • Develop and share thought leadership on emerging industry trends, positioning yourself and Capco as a trusted subject matter expert.
