SAP Signavio is currently recruiting for a Senior SAP Consultant to support the delivery/implementation of SAP Signavio Process Intelligence. With an extensive background in analytics and ETL advanced topics, the successful candidate will work with the business and technical stakeholders to implement process mining use cases and generate insights/recommendations from Process Intelligence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT related Business Consulting or Senior Professional Services Delivery roles
• Experience implementing Big Data, BI/Analytics, Process Mining, or RPA projects for multiple clients
• Experience with SAP ERP (S4, ECC) Process, Integrations and Reporting
• Technical skills in Data Mining, Data Extraction and Transformation, Business Process Mapping, Analytics and Data Visualization
• Experience in Business Intelligence, Value Realization and Data Mining/Integration
• Degree in Information Technology or related field (e.g. engineering, computer science)
• Process Automation Experience (> 2 years)

Nice To Haves

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in programming or scripting (ideally in Python/Javascript/Java or SQL)
• In-depth knowledge in programming with REST APIs
• Knowledge of software architecture and software design concepts including cloud infrastructure
• Experience with various database systems, consuming, and mining data
• Familiarity with process modeling standards, ideally BPMN 2.0
• Fluent in English (Spanish & Portuguese also valued)
• Self-motivated and enjoys being part of a great team in an international organization
• Team player by contributing, learning, and sharing new knowledge and ideas

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to deploy SAP Signavio solutions (Process Manager, Process Governance, Process Intelligence)
• Deliver professional services according to contracted terms and scope, including product configuration, enablement workshops, data connections, value investigations, analytics visualizations, and KPI Dashboards
• Support SAP customers and their SAP Partners in the Signavio Product Adoption journey and resolve technical challenges
• Act as the SAP Signavio Subject Matter Expert (SME) on contract
• Provide technical consulting expertise and best practice knowledge for system and data integration between client systems and Signavio solution
• Customize Signavio solution, including modification of PI Scripts
• Migrate BPM content from other BPM tools to Signavio
• Analyze technical requirements, provide expertise on possible solutions, and implement/deploy those solutions
• Prioritize meeting customer goals on time and within budget
• Collaborate with engineers and consulting teammates on product improvements/methodologies
• Share knowledge and contribute to company objectives
