  • Oversee and handle the operational aspects of ongoing projects.
  • Serve as a liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management.
  • Provide strategic vision, reviewing the project proposal to resolve time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
  • Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
  • Comply with organization change management framework.
  • Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements.
  • Implement budget tracking, demand and capacity models, and organize quarterly forecasting.
  • Design and implement processes for colleague engagement and development, and mass communications.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Minimum 4 years of related work experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver multimodal communications tailored to diverse audiences across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with leadership to define, develop, and document Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Professionally skilled at aligning diverse stakeholder priorities and fostering collaboration across varying agendas to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Discretionary incentive award based on company performance and personal performance.
