As a senior consultant, you will be a critical member of project teams, helping our clients solve complex public health and business challenges from strategy through execution. This includes conducting requirements gathering and strategy sessions with senior-level clients, designing and implementing solutions to support complex change and enhance organizational effectiveness, building trusted relationships with clients, and mentoring more junior staff. As a Program Evaluation senior consultant, you will have an opportunity to deepen your specialized knowledge and strengthen your consulting skills, with room for long-term professional growth and career development within the firm. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, outcomes oriented, and capable and willing to develop solutions on their own and collaboratively as part of a team of highly skilled professionals. The ideal candidate can use evaluation data to inform strategy, problem-solve, communication program impact, and inform decision-making; demonstrates creative thinking skills and individual initiative; and possesses an innovative mindset and intellectual curiosity regarding industry and academic trends.

  • Design and implement comprehensive evaluation plans for public health programs.
  • Manage and maintain large-scale datasets , ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Analyze and visualize data using R and Power BI to support program monitoring and decision-making.
  • Respond to data requests from multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, senior leaders, funders, and external partners.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations on program performance, outcomes, and impact.
  • Collaborate with program teams to identify/develop key performance indicators and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Provide technical assistance and training on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public health monitoring and evaluation.
  • Proficiency in R programming for data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.
  • Strong understanding of evaluation frameworks , logic models, and performance measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze large, complex datasets .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with federal or state public health agencies (i.e., CDC).
  • Familiarity with public health data governance and privacy standards.
  • Proficiency in additional data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).
