About The Position
As a Senior Consultant in Organizational Effectiveness at Slalom, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing organizational structures and enhancing workforce capabilities. Our Business Advisory Services teams are committed to helping organizations redefine their potential and achieve transformative outcomes. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design effective organizational change, learning, and talent management programs that drive significant business benefits. Your role will involve mentoring clients, leading project teams, and delivering high-impact results across various industries. In this position, you will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that include leadership alignment, communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and measurement. You will collaborate with client stakeholders at all levels to assess change impacts and training needs, particularly in technology-driven and business transformations. Additionally, you will work with leaders to define new organizational structures and operating models that align with their vision and strategy. Your ability to facilitate meetings and workshops will be crucial in building relationships and positioning yourself as an Organizational Effectiveness expert. Slalom's Tristate market supports a diverse range of clients across New York, New Jersey, and southern Connecticut, and you will be expected to be onsite with clients in these locations. This role offers the opportunity to drive transformational change and deliver innovative solutions while supporting internal initiatives such as business development and practice development.
