As a Senior Consultant within Slalom's Tristate Organizational Effectiveness practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations redefine their operational capabilities and drive transformative change. Our Business Advisory Services teams are dedicated to optimizing organizational structures, enhancing workforce capabilities, and enabling strategic growth to improve both organizational and individual performance. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects that meet our clients where they are, uncovering their business needs, and delivering results that exceed expectations. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional who can navigate ambiguity and risk, ultimately driving more transformative outcomes for our clients. In this position, you will work closely with clients across various industries in the Tristate area, including New York, New Jersey, and southern Connecticut. You will be expected to live within commuting distance of one of our offices in Lower Manhattan, White Plains, NY, or New Brunswick, NJ, to support and be onsite with clients in these locations. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding the client's business to design effective organizational change, learning, organization design, communication, and talent management programs that drive business benefits. You will mentor clients, work independently on projects, and lead teams of consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Your role will also involve developing and executing change management strategies and plans, which encompass leadership alignment, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and measurement. You will collaborate with client stakeholders at all levels to identify and assess their needs, determine change impacts, and address training requirements for technology-driven and business transformations. Additionally, you will work with leaders to define new organizational structures, roles, workforce plans, and operating model frameworks that align with the clients' vision and strategy. Facilitating meetings and workshops with diverse groups of stakeholders will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as will positioning yourself as a trusted partner and Organizational Effectiveness expert to build and maintain strong client relationships.
