We are looking for an experienced consultant to help design, configure, activate and support the implementation of Oracle Health Millennium solutions across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Service. The Federal Consulting team is a group of hard-working, knowledgeable, passionate members who want to shape the electronic health records systems for active-duty service men and women, their beneficiaries, our Nation’s Veteran’s, American Indians, and Alaska Natives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles.
  • Knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Millennium solutions.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to specific client contract requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, activate and support the implementation of Oracle Health Millennium solutions.
  • Provide quality work products to an engagement.
  • Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment.
  • Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
  • Deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
  • Act as the team lead on projects.
  • Consult with management of customer organizations.
  • Participate in business development activities.
  • Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
