Primary Purpose The Senior Consultant of Compliance Programs assists with effective implementation and monitoring of Parkland's Ethics and Compliance Program ("Program") across the health system. The Consultant's general duties and responsibilities encompass developing, implementing and monitoring the Program's requirements to ensure compliance with federal healthcare program requirements, Parkland policy and the Code of Conduct. This includes adherence to the requirements and guidance set forth by various regulatory authorities including, but not limited to, the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), Office of Inspector General (OIG), the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
