The Senior Consultant will lead the development of scalable, production-grade applications and analytics, integrating tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure AI, and Microsoft Fabric. Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft platforms, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services
- Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade applications, workflows, or analytics solutions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft AI ecosystem tools, including Copilot, Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, and Microsoft Fabric
- Solid data architecture and modeling skills, with experience designing scalable semantic models, ensuring data quality and governance
- Ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, architectures, and scalable systems
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Intellectual curiosity and growth mindset, with a passion for emerging technologies and advancing technical expertise
- Experience in consulting, enterprise IT, or solution delivery environments is advantageous but not required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Azure data services such as Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, or Fabric
- Building enterprise-scale Power BI semantic models and governance frameworks
- Developing Power Apps or workflow automation solutions
- Integrating AI capabilities into applications or analytics solutions
- Familiarity with modern software engineering practices, DevOps, and cloud architecture
Responsibilities
- Design and develop intelligent, AI-enabled solutions across Microsoft platforms, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure AI
- Build scalable analytics solutions, semantic models, data pipelines, and automated workflows for enterprise clients
- Integrate Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities into business processes to create innovative, production-ready solutions
- Translate complex business requirements into technical architectures, implementation approaches, and maintainable systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives
- Contribute to internal accelerators, reusable frameworks, and thought leadership within the AI and intelligent applications practice
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices, emerging technologies, and Microsoft AI adoption
