The Senior Consultant position is a specific type of predictive analytics professional who applies sophisticated quantitative and computer science skills to both structure and analyze massive amount of unstructured data, including creating and managing machine learning algorithms with the intent to derive insights and prescribe action. Specifically, the Senior Consultant MIS LB will perform the following duties:

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Health Informatics required.

Responsibilities

  • Managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision
  • Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals
  • Problem faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
  • Creating data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets.
  • Analyzing various areas of the business (e.g., Market Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing/Advertising, Scientific Research, etc.)
  • Researching and applying knowledge of existing and emerging data science principles, theories, and techniques to inform business decisions.
  • This position may conduct scientific research projects with the goal of breaking new ground in data analytics.
