About The Position
As a Senior Consultant in Power Grids, you will lead and support various projects in the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) environment. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research and studies, grid planning, and power flow simulations. You will work on Battery Energy Storage System (BTM) concepts, Distributed Energy Resource (DER) interconnection, technology assessments, and strategies for smart grid transitions. Additionally, you will focus on optimization and efficiency improvements while analyzing norms, standards, codes, and regulations. You will also solve technical challenges while considering cost implications and support business development for new clients and projects, including engaging in discussions and developing individual solutions. Collaboration with the international energy and utility team at P3 and other North America teams will be essential, as well as enhancing P3 North America's energy and utility offerings. You will work directly with clients, both onsite and remotely, and manage projects effectively.
