About The Position

You will be supporting our clients in improving competitiveness through the transformation of Procurement, Finance and Supply Chain. Your responsibilities will include Source to Pay Process Improvement and Tools, Digitalization of the Purchasing process, and the choice of solutions such as S2P, Market Places, Costing and Market Intelligence tools, and Spend analytics. You will also focus on Lean Source-to-Pay, developing a Purchasing operational model, and addressing environmental transition through CSR opportunities. Additionally, you will manage risk by choosing detection and management tools, industrializing supplier risk management, and conducting audits. Spend optimization will also be a key area, where you will diagnose expenditure and commercial conditions, onboard internal customers, and manage negotiations. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to Sia's internal activities, including the development of our offer and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Master degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics
• 2 to 4 years' experience within a consultancy firm
• Knowledge in procurement strategy
• Outstanding team player and good communication skills
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• Language skills: Dutch and English
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. Belgium, France)
