We partner with C-suite executives to transform their business to become operationally sound, analytically driven, and forward-thinking within the confines of heightened pressures for regulatory compliance, cost reduction, increased efficiency, and stakeholder transparency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 3+ years in relevant client facing consulting roles
  • Experienced in delivery of a wide range of Financial Services solutions, maintains a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Possess strong client relationship development and client management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) accompanied by strong interpersonal skills.
  • Solid organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Eagerness to be involved with internal initiatives and interest to guide and lead.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience and knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Exposure to emerging technology (AI, GenAI) with ability to augment and accelerate client outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • A certification in one of the following strongly preferred: CAPM, PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Business Analytics, Data Science, and/or Change Management

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor with the ability to design and implement business changes that drive transformation, functionality, and performance.
  • Assess and optimize operating models, including partnering with our clients to help them develop high performance solutions to advance their operational performance industry standing.
  • Experience leveraging emerging technology with the ability to advise clients on the adoption of emerging technology (i.e. GenAI, Agentic, advanced analytics).
  • Proven ability to understand client needs, develop solutions, and deliver high impact execution.
  • Leverage design-thinking frameworks to guide clients through the development lifecycle in support of transformation initiatives.

  • Provide core fundamental Project Management reporting to relevant parties.
  • Project Manage and support on a range of client delivery (i.e. multiple workstreams), as part of an on-site, or hybrid project team.
  • Conduct effective and meaningful meetings both internally and externally with clients and peers alike.
  • Collaborate with internal and client project team members and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups.
  • Ability to develop and leverage data-driven insights (dashboards, advanced analytics) to support decision making and business intelligence.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables.
  • Perform subject matter research and business analysis.
  • Assist in the coordination and development of client proposals.
  • Support practice, thought leadership, and people development
