About The Position
Deloitte Services LP seeks a Senior Consultant EFA in Houston, TX. The role involves supporting one or more engagement teams through successful management of the financial analysis and reconciliation processes and the implementation of engagement management controls. The consultant will oversee the activities of junior EC staff, including supervision, task management, and deliverable quality reviews. Responsibilities include performing various financial analyses such as reconciliations and variance analysis, leading budget preparation activities and forecasts, tracking financial metrics such as revenue and expense, and interacting frequently with senior level internal and external clients and firm leadership to present analyses, discuss recommendations, and provide engagement financial advice. The consultant will also track expenditures, manage client billing and receivable collection functions, perform PMO functional tasks, conduct quality reviews of junior resources' work, and develop and implement standards and processes for engagement management, quality management, and risk management. The position requires commuting within the Houston, TX area to consult with clients concerning these duties.
