Data Scientists on FTI's AI Build Team should have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and be capable of developing end-to-end solutions that clients can rely on in production. They should be capable of challenging their own work and finding a balance between perfection and practicality. As a Director on FTI's AI Build Team, you will provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship to junior members of the team, while simultaneously contributing to workstreams on larger projects. You will showcase your expertise across a number of technical areas including programming, AI/ML and best practices.
